Good for Customer Support

We brought on a Customer Support Representative last quarter. The VA was well-trained and picked up our systems pretty quickly. They handled the usual customer queries effectively, which saved us a lot of time. My only minor complaint was the initial response time for the support team when I had a question about billing, it took a bit longer than I expected to get a clear answer. Overall though, good value.

Real Estate VA was a good choice

I needed a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help with lead follow-ups and CRM management, and Remote Coworker delivered. The initial consultation was helpful; they understood what I needed and matched me with a VA who had relevant experience. The hiring process was straightforward, I interviewed a few candidates before settling on one. She started quickly and really helped organize my client database, which was a mess. Communication with the VA was easy, mostly through email and a project management tool we both use. I appreciated that they offered to replace the VA if it wasn't a good fit, which fortunately wasn't necessary. The monthly reports from Remote Coworker were also clear, showing hours worked and tasks completed. I'd recommend them, especially for specific industry needs like real estate.

Consistent service, as usual

I hired a new General Virtual Assistant last month, and the process was smooth, just like my previous experiences. The onboarding for the new VA was efficient, and they quickly integrated into our workflow. Remote Coworker continues to be reliable for our support needs.

Thinking about getting a VA for my small business, but nervous about the commitment. Do they do any kind of free trial or something similar?

N Nancy Moore 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think they do. I got a free consultation when I signed up, and they mentioned something about trial hours. Not a full free VA for a week or anything, but enough to get a feel for it.

They don't really have a 'free trial' like software, but you get a free consultation to talk about your needs. They'll sometimes waive setup fees or offer a discount on the first month, which kinda works out to the same thing in the beginning.

Thinking of getting a few VAs for my call center. Do they offer any kind of bulk discount if I hire like 3 or 4?

D Donna M. 1 month ago
Pretty sure they do. I heard about some businesses getting better rates for hiring multiple. Worth asking about during your consultation.

Yeah, if you're hiring several, you should definitely ask for a bulk discount. I know they have annual billing discounts too, so combine those if you can!

What happens if the VA they assign me isn't a good fit? Am I stuck with them?

B Betty Jones 3 weeks ago
Nope, definitely not. I had to switch VAs once because their communication style wasn't working for my team. The process was pretty smooth, just talked to my account manager and they helped me find someone new. No extra charge or anything.

They have a process for that. You interview them first, which helps, but if it doesn't work out after a bit, you can request a replacement. They don't want you to be unhappy so they'll work with you.

are there usually promo codes floating around for new clients? or is it more like a customized deal thing?

R Rachel Moore 2 weeks ago
I never found any public promo codes when I signed up. They usually give you discounts during the consultation, like waiving the setup fee or a percentage off the first month. It's not like a regular e-commerce coupon.

Yeah, it's not really a 'coupon code at checkout' type of service. You talk to them, tell them what you need, and then they'll offer specific deals. I got a discount for signing up for a year upfront.

Anyone used Remote CoWorker for real estate VAs? How do they compare to MyOutDesk?

D Daniel Nguyen 4 days ago
I've used both. Remote Coworker felt a bit more tailored to my specific needs, and the VAs I interviewed seemed to have more direct real estate experience. MyOutDesk was fine, but a bit more generic for me.

Hard to say directly, MyOutDesk is good too. I'd recommend doing consultations with both and see who you click with. The important thing is finding the right VA, not just the company.
